The Mexicans Are Coming Posted: 20071015 - To: All members The PUMAS from Mexico City are once again sending their Bantam Team to our KW Bantam Invitational Tournament which is scheduled for Sat. Dec 1 and Sunday Dec. 2. The team will be arriving on Tuesday, November 27 - in the early evening 8:30 ish The team will be departing on Wed. Dec 5 - (still waiting for the flight times) How can you help? Volunteering to be a driver to pick up the team or drop them off at the Pearson Airport or Volunteering to billet / host players during their stay (players get dropped off at the Pottiers house on non-weekend days between 8 - 9 am so that working parents can go about their usual work day routines / players get picked up at the Pottiers after 5 pm or after bantam practises depending on the day / itinerary for that day) Interested families can contact Toni Pottier at 519-578-6763 or tonipottier@rogers.com for further information / questions / itinerary details *the team will be practising with our Bantams at their regular scheduled practises *there will not be late (out of town practises with other clubs) this year *the team will be here for our Friday night social at Victoria Park Pavillion (so everyone will get a chance to meet the coach, his wife and the chaperone / manager / players) Thank you for considering to help in any way.
