If you are a returning member, this should be the first of two E-mails you receive on this subject. Returning members will see a second E-mail immediately following this one. The E-mail will indicate the communication group. The communication group you belong to is typically the players age division and gender. This is important: If you meet any of the following criteria, send a quick note to communications@kwwaterpolo.com stating the players name, the age division they are playing at, their gender and any E-mail addresses that we should add to the list. If you have a returning player and you do not receive the second E-mail by End of Day Thursday, November 22, then we have inadvertently removed you from our lists. If you have a returning player and there are additional E-mail addresses that you would like to have copied on communications. If we have you in the wrong communication group. Finally... if you are NOT a returning player, and you get a second E-mail from us, then we've still got you in our lists. Provide us with the players name, gender and the E-mail addresses that we need to remove and we'll update our records within 24 hours. Please note. As of the posting of this article on the web, all distribution list updates are completed and tested. If you did not receive a second E-mail, it is likely we have not included you correctly and you may not receive any further E-mail communication from us.
