Welcome to our new website Posted: 20071129 - To: All members In June of 2007, the Board decided to investigate our options for upgrading the layout of our website. We wanted to make it more user friendly and give it a cleaner, more newsy look. The key was to make it easy to find the information you need and turn this into a key part of our communications toolkit. Through the summer we investigated and discussed several options and by the fall, we had decided to enter into a partnership with a local web designer. A prototype and design ideas were discussed with Stephanie Breed of Stephsco Web Design & Internet Solutions and after a presentation to the Board, it was agreed that we would move forward with a complete redesign of our site. Working together with input and guidance from Linda and other members of the Board, our Communications and Promotions Director, Scott Mueller, and Stephanie Breed pulled parts from the old website, polished them up, and developed new content and a layout that should serve our membership well in the years to come. The push has been on to launch this in time for our Christmas Party as an early Christmas gift for the Club. We've had a number of late nights, drunk several gallons of coffee, and exchanged a flurry of E-mails but we've made it. We're officially launching the site today, November 29th, 2007.
