KW Water Polo Athletes Prepare the Ontario Summer Games Posted: 20080809 - To: All members KW Water Polo athletes prepare for the Ontario Summer Games (http://www.2008osg.ca/waterpolo.html) in Ottawa, August 11th to 15th. Eight of our athletes have been selected to participate in the games under a new format as water polo moves from the winter to the summer games this year. The 48 female and 40 male water polo athletes, born in 1992 and later, participating in the games, will be divided into teams and compete over 4 days, medal games being played on Friday August 15th. As well as the water polo competition, our athletes will be enjoying 5 days of fun filled activity in our nation's capital while being billeted at Carlton University.
