Get your forms at the pool and return them by Tuesday March 3rd to your manager or our fundraising coordinator, Wendy Bleaney. Completed forms must include your phone number and full payment in one cheque made payable to KW Water Polo. Earn $4 towards your fundraising credit with each box sold!
