Silver medal finish for the KW/London U16 Posted: 20090331 It was a silver medal finish for the KW/ London U16 girls at Ontario Water Polo's Provincial Club Championships, held at McMaster University, March 26-28. In the final game of the tournament the combined team, led by head coach Paul Pottier, surrendered the gold medal to Ottawa's Titans after qualifying for the match by defeating York's Mavericks who took home the bronze. Our U16 and U18 girls owe a big thanks to KW coaches Jennifer Taves, Monika Blazon and Paul Pottier,as well as Head Coach Ray Lumsden and members of London Water Polo. Our combined girl's teams have enjoyed their successes this season, but more importantly, we are enjoying the friendships we have formed. Congratulations to all.
