KW Water Polo's Annual General Meeting, Pot Luck Social and Awards Night

Families are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and election of executive members on Wednesday May 12th at the Victoria Park Pavilion.
The pavilion is located in Victoria Park off Schnieder Ave. Close to the playground. Click here for map.
This event is a fun and sociable evening that families have enjoyed for years. The meeting will follow the dinner and provides the opportunity for the coaches and executive to summarize the season we have enjoyed.
- A $10.00 charge per family is asked to cover the rental and licensing for this special evening.
This is payable at the door.
- Each family is asked to bring a main course item for dinner.
- The dining hall of the Pavilion has a kitchen for re-heating items-or bring hot!
- The club provides salads, dessert and beverages.
- A cash bar has been arranged for the evening, opens at 6:00pm
NOTE: We encourage a designated driver to be part of your group!
- 6:30pm - dinner, 7:15pm - meeting & election* (very short) followed by coaches’ comments and awards.
- Voting of the executive members for 2010-2011 will take place. Families are permitted one vote and must be over 18 to vote.
